Junior Architect (Freshers/1 Year Experience)

Role Overview:

SVARDA DESIGN is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented BArch graduates with up to 1 year of experience to join our team as Junior Architects. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, documentation, and visualization for diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing architectural designs, layouts, and drawings under the guidance of senior architects.

2. Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for projects.

3. Collaborate with team members to prepare design presentations and project documentation.

4. Conduct site visits to observe project progress and ensure alignment with design plans.

5. Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technology.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BArch).

· Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp,



Revit, or similar software.

· Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Robust attention to detail, creativity, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

· Internship experience in an architectural or design firm is a plus.

· Basic understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Knowledge of rendering tools such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
