Job Title : Control Systems Engineer

Experience : 8 to 15 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide process control, control systems, and automation engineering support for complex process manufacturing facilities.

- Work with DCS, SIS, and PLC-based control systems, including DeltaV and Allen-Bradley platforms.

- Support MOC, change control, testing, validation, commissioning, and documentation activities.

- Analyze process data, trends, control narratives, P&IDs;, interlocks, alarms, and control system configurations.

- Support alarm management, controller performance, and control documentation improvements.

- Identify control system issues using data analysis and structured problem-solving and recommend practical solutions.

- Collaborate with Operations, Process Control, Automation, Instrumentation, and Engineering teams.

- Maintain strong focus on process safety, reliability, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.





- Coordinate with remote site teams and ensure proper follow-up on actions and deliverables.

Requisites
- Robust experience in Process Control, Control Systems, or Automation Engineering.

- Hands-on experience with DCS, Safety Systems, or PLC-based control platforms.

- Experience with Emerson DeltaV, DeltaV SIS, and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs is preferred.

- Knowledge of MOC, change control, testing, validation, commissioning, and technical documentation.

- Ability to interpret P&IDs;, process trends, control narratives, cause-and-effect logic, interlocks, and alarm documentation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and engineering judgement skills.

- Good written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.

- Strong understanding of process safety, reliability, and Operational Excellence.
