Job Title : Spa Manager

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Job description:

Roles and Responsibility:-

1. The manager of a spa facility should oversee the operation of a business that provides clients with various services, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more.

2. He or she should provide the spa visitors with a satisfying experience and manages all staff and activities of the facility.

3. Depending of the facility, some daily duties may include human resources, office procedures, marketing, ordering supplies and materials, housekeeping, staff training, and handling complaints.

4. Create a motivating setting of sincerity, warmth and fun for staff and guests.

5. Demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism for the staff to emulate.

6. Effectively administer and monitor Staff Scheduling procedures.

7. Manage inventory effectively.

8. Implement a clearly established opening and closing procedure.

9. Ensure stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key.

10. Attend Management meetings and convey all relevant information throughout the Spa.

11. Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa's operation.

12. Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way.

13. Monitor customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups and comment cards.

14. Develop and deliver credible, competitive,



value-plus service to the customer.

15. Guide staff to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair.

16. Exhibit a professional attitude, and an Ability to handle difficult situations.

17. Uphold gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of customers.

18. Maintain fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow customer base.

19. Develop and maintain compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling.

Experience : - 2 to 6 years in Retail/ hospitality Industry/BPO/ hotel industry /Candidates from Spa Industry (Preference)

Job Location:-Dehradun

Ready to work in shift of 11am to 9pm (has to work for 10 hours)
