Job responsibilities / expected role : Corporate Trainer.
The role would involve:
- Teaching engineering concepts to trainees/students.
- Delivering technical training in the candidate's engineering discipline.
- Explaining theoretical and practical engineering concepts.
- Conducting presentations and training sessions.
- Developing communication and presentation skills as a trainer.
- Learning SkillSonics' training methodology and growing into a corporate trainer.
- For Mechatronics: teaching interdisciplinary concepts involving mechanical, electrical and automation-related areas.
Requirements
Mechanical
- Strong fundamentals in Mechanical Engineering
- Passion for teaching engineering concepts
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow as a trainer OR
Electrical
- Strong fundamentals in Electrical Engineering
- Passion for teaching engineering concepts
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow as a trainer OR
Mechatronics
- Strong fundamentals in Mechatronics Engineering
- Passion for teaching interdisciplinary concepts
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow as a traine
Education:
- B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Commuication/Robotics
Experience: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
