Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer – Fresher role located in Cherlapally, Hyderabad, Telangana. The Full Stack Developer will work with the software development team to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain modern web and mobile applications. The role involves working across front-end, back-end, database, API integration, and application development tasks.

The candidate will primarily work with React.js, Next.js, and React Native, along with MySQL and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, Git, and Figma. The role also involves using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to improve coding productivity, debugging, learning, documentation, and development workflows.

The candidate will be expected to understand AI-generated code, verify its correctness, identify potential issues, make necessary improvements, and integrate the code appropriately rather than relying on AI tools without understanding the underlying concepts. The developer will collaborate with senior team members, designers, and other stakeholders to implement new features, fix bugs, improve application performance, and contribute to the continuous development of the company's software products.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in programming, software development, and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn full-stack application development.
- Basic to good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with an understanding of responsive web development.
- Knowledge of React.js and component-based frontend development.
- Basic knowledge of Next.js and modern web application development.
- Knowledge of React Native and an interest in developing cross-platform mobile applications.
- Understanding of REST APIs, API integration, JSON, HTTP methods, and basic authentication concepts.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL, including tables, relationships, queries, and CRUD operations.




- Basic understanding of NoSQL databases and their use cases.
- Knowledge of Git and Git-based version control workflows, including committing, branching, pulling, pushing, and resolving basic merge conflicts.
- Ability to understand and convert Figma designs into responsive web and mobile user interfaces.
- Familiarity with modern development environments such as VS Code and browser developer tools.
- Willingness to learn and work with AI coding and development tools, particularly Claude Code, as part of the software development workflow.
- Ability to review, understand, debug, test, and improve code generated with the assistance of AI tools.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented concepts, data structures, and logical problem-solving.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and identify the root cause of technical problems.
- Ability to write clean, readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative software development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, BCA, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Academic projects, personal projects, GitHub repositories, internships, or a portfolio demonstrating practical development skills will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build and integrate REST APIs with frontend and mobile applications.
- Work with MySQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.




- Convert Figma UI/UX designs into functional and responsive interfaces.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following development standards.
- Use Git for source-code management and collaborate with the development team through a structured version-control workflow.
- Debug application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Test applications and features to ensure reliability, usability, and performance.
- Optimize applications for performance and responsive behavior across different devices and screen sizes.
- Assist in implementing SEO-friendly web applications where applicable.
- Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and problem-solving.
- Review and validate AI-generated code before using it in production applications.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding and development standards established by the company.
- Work with senior developers and team members to understand requirements and implement features.
- Learn new technologies and development practices based on project requirements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's SaaS products and software applications.

What We Look For

We are looking for a motivated fresher who is genuinely interested in software development and wants to build a career as a full-stack developer. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming, curiosity to learn new technologies, and the ability to solve problems logically.

Candidates do not need to be experts in every technology listed above. However, they should have a basic understanding of the core concepts and demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn and work across web, mobile, backend, databases, Git, UI implementation, and AI-assisted development.

A strong learning attitude, logical thinking, ownership, discipline, and willingness to work on real-world software products are highly valued.
