PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

SMRC4 Monk IT Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale data-driven digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, creatives, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports.
- Work closely with the creative, content, SEO, web development, and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
- Implement remarketing, retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, AI tools, and performance marketing techniques





PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing and creative tools is an added advantage
