JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Milling Operator with strong hands-on experience in machining components for SPM, automation machines, fixtures, and industrial equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate conventional milling machines for precision component machining.
- Set up jobs, tools, workpieces, and cutting parameters.
- Perform milling, facing, drilling, slotting, and related machining operations.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and dimensions.
- Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
- Use Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform in-process inspection and maintain component quality.
- Handle different materials and machining requirements.
- Maintain machines, tools,
and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong practical knowledge of Milling Machine Operation.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes.
- Knowledge of measurements, tolerances, and fits.
- Experience in SPM / Fixture / Automation component machining will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
