Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production and assembly operations of electric bikes/scooters.
- Handle production planning, line balancing and manpower allocation.
- Supervise assembly line activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance and other departments.
- Monitor production quality and reduce rejection/rework.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions and safety practices.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and guide production engineers, supervisors and operators.
- Maintain production reports, MIS and daily production data.
- Support recent model/product assembly and process improvement activities.
- Ensure 5S, safety and discipline within the plant.

Required Skills & Experience





- Experience in Electric Bike / Electric Scooter / EV 2-Wheeler manufacturing or assembly plant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle assembly processes.
- Experience in production planning and shop-floor management.
- Good manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Battery, Wiring Harness, Motor, Controller and other EV components will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with relevant experience as Plant Manager, Production Manager, Production Engineer or Production Supervisor may apply.

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / Electronics or relevant qualification.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
