Minimum 6 months of International Chat experience is mandatory.
UG / Graduate candidates can apply.
Excellent C1-level written English proficiency is mandatory.
Solid grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction and comprehension skills.
Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Comfortable handling international customers through live chat.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Operations Round + Live Typing
