CSR Project – Sustainable Skill and Livelihood Development Program (Skill Development Program) Prior experience iskill development/CSR projects will be an added advantage

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver theory and practical training in computer fundamentals and software development.
- Train students on programming basics (Python / Java / JavaScript or equivalent).
- Teach fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
- Introduce database concepts and basic SQL operations.
- Guide students in writing, testing, and debugging simple programs.
- Conduct assessments, practical exams, and maintain trainee records.
- Follow NSDC/SSC curriculum, session plans, and assessment standards.
- Maintain computer lab, systems, software, and training materials.
- Support students in basic employability skills and project work.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager for reporting and compliance.
- Support for mobilization activities

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Solid understanding of computer fundamentals and programming concepts




- Practical teaching and demonstration skills
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to maintain reports and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

- BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/CS) / MCA or equivalent
- 1–3 years experience as Computer Trainer or Junior Software Developer
- Experience in Skill Development / NSDC projects preferred
- ToT / Trainer certification is an added advantage

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to work with youth and beginners
- Ability to deliver both theory and practical sessions
- Commitment to quality training and student outcomes

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sohna, Haryana (Sohna): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
