Job Overview

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of Tally and GST and be comfortable handling routine accounting and documentation work.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounting entries using Tally / Tally Prime.
- Manage sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills and expense records.
- Maintain ledger accounts and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Handle basic GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Assist with GST data preparation and filing-related activities.
- Verify invoices and supporting financial documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist in preparing accounting reports and statements.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills:-

- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST and basic GST procedures.
- Knowledge of sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.
- Basic knowledge of ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification:-

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
