About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on GenAI / Agentic AI Developer who is comfortable with Python and has practical experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

You will work on building AI agents, intelligent workflows and GenAI applications for enterprise use cases, including conversational AI, automation and AI-powered business processes.

This is a development role for someone who wants to work on real AI products, rather than only using AI APIs for simple chat applications.

What You Will Work On

- Build GenAI applications using Python and LLMs

- Develop AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows

- Build applications where AI can reason, use tools, retrieve information and execute tasks

- Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or similar

- Develop RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) applications

- Work with vector databases and knowledge bases

- Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases and enterprise systems

- Develop prompt templates, tool/function calling and structured AI workflows

- Work with conversational AI, including text and potentially voice-based applications

- Test, debug and improve AI responses, accuracy and latency

- Work with the engineering team to deploy AI applications into production

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Python

- Practical experience with Generative AI / LLM applications

- Understanding of AI Agents / Agentic AI





- Experience working with at least one LLM API such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.

- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration

- Basic understanding of databases

- Understanding of Git/GitHub

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Positive to Have -

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks

- Experience building RAG applications

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma or FAISS

- Experience with function/tool calling

- Experience with FastAPI or Flask

- Experience with Docker

- Experience with conversational AI / Voice AI

- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP

We are looking for a developer who is:

- Curious about rapidly evolving AI technologies

- Comfortable experimenting with different LLMs and AI frameworks

- Able to build working prototypes quickly

- Interested in understanding how AI agents actually work

- Willing to learn and work across different parts of the AI stack

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced product development workplace

Important: We are looking for someone who has actually built or experimented with GenAI/Agentic AI applications, not someone whose experience is limited to using ChatGPT or writing prompts.

Education

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent technical qualification.

Candidates with strong practical GenAI development experience may also be considered irrespective of specialization.
