We are hiring Telecallers for our Dhenkanal and Bhubaneswar work locations.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries and leads.
- Explain offerings clearly, answer questions, and coordinate follow-ups with the business team.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken Hindi is mandatory.
- MBA students are preferred.
- Positive communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls and following up professionally.
Work locations: Dhenkanal and Bhubaneswar, Odisha (in person). Please mention your preferred location when applying.
