As we expand and scale our admissions system, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Admissions Counselor who can build strong connections with parents and confidently guide them through the enrollment process.
The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for handling walk-in inquiries, explaining our programs, building trust with parents, and converting inquiries into admissions. This role requires emotional intelligence, warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
. Handle parent inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups)
- Conduct school tours and explain curriculum with confidence
- Build emotional connection and trust with parents
- Understand parents’ concerns and proactively address them
- Maintain admission records and follow-up systems
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with management and academic team
Required Skills & Qualities:
. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or front-desk roles (preferably in preschool/school sector)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Warm, friendly, and approachable personality
- Pleasant and well-groomed professional presentation
- Emotionally stable and positive attitude
- Strong listening skills
- Confident body language and smiling demeanor
- Ability to anticipate parent concerns and respond proactively
