We are a systems integrator delivering Network & Server Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions to enterprise, government, and PSU clients across India. As CTO , you will own technical delivery quality across all four practices, lead our technical teams, and act as the senior escalation point for client and project issues.

Scope of responsibilities

Delivery ownership

Own end-to-end technical delivery across all projects and managed services, from design and implementation to handover and support

Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets across multiple sites and states

Set delivery standards, project governance, and risk management practices across all practices

Run regular delivery health reviews with program managers and practice heads

Client escalation management

Serve as the senior technical escalation point for critical incidents, delivery issues, and client complaints

Lead root cause analysis, recovery plans, and corrective actions, and present them to client leadership

Own SLA performance and service quality for AMC, support, and managed services contracts

Build executive-level relationships with key clients

Technical team leadership

Lead and develop practice leads, solution architects, project managers, engineers, and support teams

Plan resourcing and utilization across projects, cities, and practices

Set hiring plans, certification paths, and performance frameworks

Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer focus

Practice oversight

Network & Server Infrastructure: enterprise networking, data center, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions

Cyber Security: security architecture,



SOC and managed security services, hardening and compliance, incident response readiness

Cloud: public, private, and hybrid cloud design and migration, landing zones, DevOps and automation, cloud security, FinOps and cost optimization, and managed cloud operations

HPC: GPU/CPU cluster design, high-speed interconnects, parallel storage, power and cooling (including liquid cooling), and scheduler and workload environments

Pre-sales and solution architecture

Work with sales on solution design, technical proposals, estimates, and tender responses (private RFPs and government tenders via GeM and other portals)

Review high-value or high-risk deals for feasibility, margin, and delivery risk before commitment

Join key client meetings, workshops, and technical assessments

Vendor, partner, and subcontractor management

Manage OEM and technology partner relationships (e.g. [Cisco, Dell, HPE, NVIDIA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud])

Maintain partner tiers, certifications, and specializations, including cloud partner programs

Oversee subcontractors and local delivery partners, especially for specialist HPC infrastructure and multi-site rollouts

Governance, quality, and compliance

Own quality and information security certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001)





Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory and client requirements, such as CERT-In directions, the DPDP Act, data localization requirements, sector regulations (e.g. RBI for BFSI clients), MeitY cloud guidelines for government workloads, and government procurement norms including Make in India / local content conditions

Support the CEO with delivery forecasts, margin analysis, and board reporting

Requirements

[10+] years in IT and infrastructure, with [5+] years in senior leadership at a system integrator or IT services company in India

Proven record of delivering complex multi-discipline projects on time and within budget

Solid experience handling client escalations and senior stakeholders, including government and PSU clients

Broad technical knowledge across networking, servers/data center, cyber security, and cloud, with exposure to HPC or AI infrastructure

Experience leading large multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, including engineers, project managers, and support teams

Solid understanding of project economics: margins, utilization, subcontractor and contract management, and payment milestones

Excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis-management skills

Nice to have

Experience delivering government, smart city, BFSI, or large enterprise data center and cloud migration projects in India

Hands-on HPC/GPU cluster deployment experience

Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP/CISM, CCIE, Uptime Institute credentials, or cloud architect certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience with managed services and SLA-based contracts

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
