Job Title: Primary School Teacher
Department: Primary School

Role: Through classroom instruction and presentations, the primary teacher's job is to assist pupils in applying concepts. Their duties also include managing the classroom, planning lessons, grading papers, meeting with parents, and collaborating closely with other members of the teaching team. Planning and preparing for pupils' education: Utilize your knowledge and comprehension of the educational context to make wise planning decisions. Keep up with up-to-date educational trends and try to put best practises into practise. possess the necessary content knowledge. Design relevant learning experiences based on your understanding of the needs and skills of the students. Identify the right learning objectives for your pupils. Create and implement a learning assessment that improves student results.





Plan and implement effective assessment for/of learning which enhances outcomes for students.
Creating an effective learning environment: Create a respectful classroom environment.
Establish an effective rapport with students and colleagues.
Establish a culture for learning.
Establish and maintain effective classroom management.
Manage individual student behaviour.
