We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Collection Team Leader to head our recovery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a high-performing collection team to meet and exceed monthly recovery targets. You possess exceptional "convincing power," a deep understanding of negotiation psychology, and the ability to maintain robust client relationships while ensuring strict compliance.As a leader, you don't just assign tasks—you coach your team, step in to close difficult accounts, and actively manage the daily pipeline to ensure the numbers are delivered. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Management & Performance

- Drive Targets: Oversee the daily operations of the collection team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual recovery quotas are met.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Train staff on advanced negotiation scripts, objection handling, and persuasive communication techniques.




- Performance Monitoring: Track daily call volumes, recovery rates, and promise-to-pay (PTP) ratios. Hold team members accountable to their KPIs. Escalation Handling: Personally handle high-value or highly resistant accounts using superior convincing and conflict-resolution skills. Convincing Power: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and psychological boundary-setting skills. Ability to handle high-stress objections calmly and effectively. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in collections, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. the exact salary will be decided based on your skills and experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
