We are looking for an experienced Professional Trainer to train students in professional beauty and salon skills through classroom and practical sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct theory and practical training for students.
* Demonstrate professional salon and beauty techniques.
* Train students in industry-standard services, tools, products, and hygiene practices.
* Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
* Conduct practical assessments and skill evaluations.
* Maintain training records and student progress.
* Keep students updated with the latest beauty and salon trends.
* Maintain discipline and a professional learning environment.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of relevant Beauty / Salon / Training experience.
* Strong practical knowledge of professional salon services.
* Previous experience as a Beauty Trainer, Salon Trainer, or Academy Trainer preferred.
* Excellent communication and teaching skills.
* Positive presentation, grooming, and student-handling skills.
* Passion for training and developing students.
