We're Hiring: Workplace AI Architect
Location: Pune, India
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Are you ready to shape how a global enterprise adopts, governs, and scales AI? We are looking for a Workplace AI Architect to own our Workplace AI roadmap and lead our enterprise-wide AI transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Drive AI Strategy: Lead the strategy and roadmap for Workplace AI, prioritizing out-of-the-box platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI assistants, and enterprise agent frameworks).
- Govern & Orchestrate: Serve as the single point of entry for AI requests, setting up a risk-based approval process and routing initiatives across custom dev, citizen dev, and analytics teams.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Partner with InfoSec and Legal to enforce AI safety guardrails, manage Shadow-AI risk, and maintain compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- Manage FinOps & Costs: Build a transparent chargeback model to track AI token/licensing usage and align costs with business unit consumption.
- Empower the Business:
Create reusable design patterns and enablement programs to build AI literacy across our workforce safely.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Workplace, or IT Transformation roles.
- Deep technical expertise in enterprise AI products (Microsoft 365 Copilot, agent platforms, cloud ecosystems).
- Proven track record in defining AI Governance Frameworks, Build vs. Buy/Consume strategies, and FinOps/Chargeback models.
- Degree in IT/Computer Science; relevant Microsoft, Cloud, or AI certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
