About the Role

The Semi-Senior Master Data Business Partner Analyst controls and audits the accurate creation and modification of customer, supplier, and bank master data for the LATAM and North America regions within agreed service-level timelines. The role supports stakeholders, maintains strong customer focus, helps prevent fraud exposure, identifies process deviations, and contributes to local, regional, and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate, audit,



and perform quality checks on customer, supplier, and bank master data for creation and modification requests in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

- Help prevent potential fraud exposure by confirming that master-data requests meet applicable control, approval, and documentation requirements.

- Execute mass-change requests in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Serve as the point of contact for project teams when initiatives may affect the Master Data area.

- Maintain transparent and proactive communication with stakeholders, global Master Data representatives, and other company functions to improve the user experience.

- Prepare presentations and reports, perform testing and duplicate analysis, maintain documentation, handle ad hoc requests, and deliver user training.

- Identify process deviations and improvement opportunities, communicate them promptly, and propose practical solutions.

- Respond to inquiries, provide reports and analyses, and follow up on local, regional, or global initiatives with support from the FEX, Team Coordinator, and Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

- Education: Professional qualification in Finance (e.g. B com, CA, CPA, etc.)



or MBA or Master degree in finance / Accounting or related disciplines

- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in master-data maintenance, procurement, credit, finance operations, or a related field.

- Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of customer, supplier, and bank master-data creation and maintenance, data-quality controls, duplicate analysis, service-level requirements, internal procedures, and fraud-risk prevention.

- Decision-Making: Tasks and responsibilities are completed under close guidance or alignment with the team lead.

- Leadership: No formal leadership experience is required.

- Project Experience: Formal project experience is not required, although the role serves as a contact for initiatives affecting the Master Data area.

- Core Skills: Teamwork, effective communication, customer focus, problem-solving, attention to detail, autonomy, organization, and stakeholder coordination.

Technical Skills

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Intermediate working knowledge of SAP.

- Advanced Spanish and intermediate English and/or Portuguese proficiency are required for the regional scope described in the source JD.

- Experience with customer, supplier, and bank master-data processes is preferred.

- Ability to prepare reports and presentations, perform testing and duplicate analysis, and maintain process documentation.

- Experience in a shared services, multinational, or GCC environment is preferred.
