Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product & IT Manager who can combine product management, project

management, and hands-on understanding of software development technologies. The role will be responsible for

managing the product portfolio, driving technology initiatives, coordinating development projects, and ensuring effective

delivery across product, IT, and development teams.

Objectives of the Role

- Strategically plan and manage the entire product portfolio.
- Define and align product vision, technology strategy, and roadmap to support business growth.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
- Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and technology

support.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute technology initiatives that create business

value.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and IT governance and security best

practices.

- Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and technology adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyse market and industry trends and translate them into customer requirements, product

opportunities, and technology solutions.

- Own and prioritize the product requirements process and maintain a clear product roadmap.
- Build and maintain an annual release plan and manage feature delivery from discovery through development,

testing, launch, and validation.

- Plan, manage, and track software/product development projects, including timelines, milestones, dependencies,

risks, resources, and deliverables.

- Work closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, business teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Drive product delivery, client servicing, and asset retention through actionable and implementable strategies.




- Guide creative briefs and collaborate with design teams to ensure intuitive and effective UI/UX.
- Define, monitor, and interpret product and technology KPIs and use insights to improve performance.
- Analyse existing products and identify new features, enhancements, integrations, and technology requirements to

improve customer experience.

- Participate in the development, evaluation, and pricing of new and existing products.
- Manage technical discussions with product clients and support resolution of technology-related issues.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product, development, and IT teams.
- Evaluate and select technology solutions, tools, platforms, and vendors within business and budget requirements.
- Ensure optimum productivity and effective project execution across Development and IT teams.
- Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Drive cybersecurity, data protection, risk assessment, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend relevant solutions such as cloud, SaaS, analytics, AI/ML, and

automation.

Project Management & Development Technology Experience – Mandatory Strong hands-on experience in project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk

tracking, resource allocation, and delivery governance.

- Experience working closely with software development teams and managing projects across the complete SDLC.
- Good understanding of software development technologies, architectures, APIs, databases, integrations, version

control, testing, and deployment processes.





- Practical understanding of PHP or Node.js frameworks is required.
- Ability to understand technical requirements, evaluate development approaches, discuss solutions with developers,

and translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum or similar project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple technology/product projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and

stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of relevant experience in Product Management, IT Management, Project Management, Software

Development Management, or a similar leadership role.

- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and technology projects, preferably in a multi-location

workplace.

- Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, SaaS solutions, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and

automation.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and data protection

practices.

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and project execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership and

cross-functional teams.

- High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information.
