Job Description – Finance Officer

Company: Air Treatment Engineering Private Limited
Position: Finance Officer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Thiruvanmiyur, chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze projected balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial projections.
- Prepare business case studies, financial models, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
- Manage and maintain company-to-company financial and commercial relationship documents.
- Prepare and review inter-company agreements, financial documents, and supporting records.
- Monitor and maintain financial controls, budgets, cash flow, and expenditure.
- Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and financial analysis for decision-making.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, clients, vendors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance,



and adherence to internal finance policies and procedures.
- Identify financial risks and support management in implementing effective finance control measures.

Qualification & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial projections, projected balance sheets, business case studies, and financial analysis.
- Experience in finance control and company-to-company documentation.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
