Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on knowledge of both interior execution and civil works to supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, monitor quality and progress, and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities related to civil, interior, finishing, and renovation works.
- Read and understand architectural, civil, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other site workers.
- Monitor execution of:
- Civil and masonry work
- Plastering and flooring
- Waterproofing
- False ceiling and partition work
- Carpentry and modular/interior work
- Painting and polishing
- Doors, windows, glass, and hardware
- Electrical and plumbing coordination
- Finishing and snag rectification
- Check site measurements and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and dimensions.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, materials, and finishing standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage at site.
- Track daily progress and report updates, delays, manpower requirements, and site issues to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to maintain the project schedule.
- Identify execution issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards.




- Prepare/maintain daily progress reports, material requirements, measurements, and snag lists.
- Ensure completed work is properly checked before handover to the next trade.
- Assist in quantity measurements and verification of contractor bills when required.
- Coordinate with the design/architect team regarding site clarifications and drawing revisions.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Good practical knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
- Ability to understand and interpret AutoCAD drawings and working drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, tools, and site practices.
- Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, quantities, and basic estimation.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site workers.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, civil construction, commercial/residential projects, or renovation projects.
- Candidates with strong practical site experience in both civil + interiors will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
