Responsibilities

- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support
- Understand and translate customer needs into applicable solutions
- Provide technical demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Assist in the development of technical proposals
- Provide technical training to customers and internal teams
- Provide feedback to product development teams to improve products
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
- Travel to customer sites as required
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technology advancements
- Job Location: Bangalore

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience




- Strong technical background with understanding of relevant technologies and products preferably in connector & EV industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to present complex technical information in a explicit and concise manner
- Willingness to travel as needed
- BE degree in Engineering (Electrical /Mechanical ) or a related field qualification in education

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Field Application - EV Industry : 4 years (Required)
- worked with sales team: 2 years (Required)
