About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Videographer & Social Media Content Creator who can shoot, edit, and create engaging content for our three businesses.

Our businesses operate across home décor & furniture, fashion, and e-commerce, so this role will involve creating a variety of content including product videos, showroom reels, customer/project videos, promotional content, and behind-the-scenes content.

You will work closely with the founder/owner, showroom teams, and social media team to capture content whenever there is a good opportunity.

Our Businesses

1. Joe Spaces
A home décor and furniture business dealing with furniture, home décor products, interior projects, and factory-related activities.

2. Ahuja Garment Showroom
A fashion showroom located in Rohini Sector 3, offering garments and fashion products for both kids and adults.

3. Joe Website / E-commerce Business
An e-commerce platform offering products across categories such as kitchen items, fashion, furniture, and home-related products.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Create Reels, product videos, promotional videos, showroom videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Shoot videos using professional cameras, smartphones, or iPhones.
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting, microphones, and other basic shooting equipment.
- Edit videos professionally for social media.
- Add music, transitions, text, captions, effects, and other elements where required.
- Create basic graphics and visual content for social media.
- Coordinate with the founder/owner and social media team to understand content requirements.
- Publish content directly on social media or provide finalized content to the social media team for publishing.
- Capture real-time business activities, customer interactions, product arrivals, showroom activities, and project updates.
- Visit furniture/home décor project sites when required and create videos of completed or ongoing projects.
- Travel with the founder, client,



or team members when required for shoots.
- Capture content from furniture deliveries, installations, completed interiors, home décor projects, exhibitions, and other important business activities.
- Suggest new video ideas, trends, hooks, and creative concepts for improving social media engagement.
- Maintain organized video/photo files and footage for future use.

Important Requirement – Flexible Shooting Schedule

This is not a fixed shoot-only schedule.

Many videos will need to be captured when the founder, owner, client, or a particular project is available. Therefore, you should be comfortable with shooting content on short notice when an important opportunity comes up.

For example:

- Founder is available → shoot immediately.
- New furniture arrives → capture content.
- Customer orders furniture → capture the process when appropriate.
- Interior project/site is completed → travel to the site and shoot.
- Client is visiting → capture suitable content.
- New products arrive at the showroom → create product content.
- A trending social media format needs to be recreated → shoot and edit it quickly.

You should therefore be proactive, flexible, and comfortable working around business activities rather than expecting a fixed shooting timetable.

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of videography and photography.
- Experience shooting videos using camera, iPhone, or smartphone.
- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and camera settings.
- Good video editing skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.




- Basic graphic designing skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Good sense of storytelling and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who doesn't just operate a camera, but understands how to create content that performs on social media.

You should be able to look at a product, showroom, furniture project, fashion collection, or business activity and think:

"How can we turn this into a good Reel?"

Work Location & Travel

The primary work location will be around Rohini Sector 3, Delhi.

Travel to:

- Furniture/home décor sites
- Interior project locations
- Customer locations
- Other business locations
- Events/exhibitions

may be required depending on the content requirements.

Salary

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and portfolio.
