Blender

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle blending and beverage preparation processes as per defined formulations and quality standards.
- Manage blending operations for Juice and CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks) products.
- Ensure correct mixing ratios, ingredients, concentration, Brix, acidity, and other product parameters.
- Monitor and maintain consistency in taste, colour, aroma, and quality of finished products.
- Operate and monitor blending tanks, mixing equipment, dosing systems, and related machinery.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth production and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain proper records of batch preparation, ingredients, production parameters, and wastage.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of raw materials and ingredients.
- Follow GMP, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Troubleshoot blending-related issues and take corrective action when required.




- Should have basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages/blending processes.
- Ensure timely completion of batches according to the production schedule.

Desired Skills:

- Robust knowledge of beverage blending processes.
- Practical experience in Juice and CSD manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of alcoholic beverage formulation/blending.
- Good knowledge of quality parameters and production processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate production and batch records.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Salary: Approx. ₹80,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualification & experience)
