India Job Kart is hiring a Telecaller for recruitment-related work. The candidate will contact job seekers, explain available job opportunities, conduct basic screening and coordinate interviews with recruiters and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call candidates and explain suitable job openings.
- Conduct preliminary screening based on qualification, experience and communication skills.
- Collect and verify candidate information.
- Schedule interviews and share interview details with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, selection and joining.
- Maintain candidate records in Excel/Google Sheets or the recruitment database.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding daily requirements.
- Achieve daily calling, interview and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professional communication with all candidates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and WhatsApp.
- Recruitment or telecalling experience will be an advantage.
- Responsible, target-oriented and disciplined.
