ImagingIQ is an AI-powered medical imaging and diagnostics company developing solutions that support radiologists in clinical decision-making through AI-assisted imaging, 3D visualization, and structured reporting.

Our current focus includes brain MRI oncology, with expansion into brain CT, trauma, vascular imaging, and other clinical applications. Our approach combines advanced technology with radiologist validation to enhance clinical workflows and support patient-centered care.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head / VP – Operations to lead operational strategy, execution, and business scaling across our AI-powered medical imaging and healthcare technology business.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of healthcare operations, business leadership, technology implementation, and execution, with experience in medical imaging, radiology, diagnostics, healthtech, or related healthcare technology environments.

This role will work closely with the Founder/CEO and collaborate across product, technology, clinical, business development, and customer-facing teams to build scalable operations, strengthen enterprise relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Build scalable operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance review mechanisms to track business outcomes.

2. Healthcare Technology Implementation & Delivery

- Lead implementation, deployment, and operational delivery of AI-enabled healthcare and medical imaging solutions.
- Ensure smooth integration of technology into hospital, diagnostic centre, and radiology workflows.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to address implementation challenges and improve product adoption.
- Drive customer onboarding,



implementation timelines, service delivery, and operational readiness.

3. Medical Imaging & Clinical Workflow Operations

- Build a strong understanding of medical imaging, radiology, and diagnostic workflows.
- Work with radiologists, hospital administrators, diagnostic centres, and healthcare stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and adoption.
- Support the integration of imaging technology into existing clinical systems and processes.
- Experience with PACS, RIS, DICOM, and related imaging ecosystems will be highly relevant.

4. Business Growth & Commercial Operations

- Support business expansion, enterprise customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive operational initiatives that improve revenue growth, customer retention, and service performance.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support customer acquisition, account growth, and commercial execution.
- Monitor operational budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.

5. Enterprise Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic networks, healthcare enterprises, and technology partners.
- Lead customer implementation reviews, escalations, and operational performance discussions.
- Understand enterprise healthcare customer requirements and translate them into actionable operational plans.
- Exposure to the US healthcare ecosystem and international healthcare markets will be an advantage.

6. Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development

- Lead and develop high-performing teams across operations, implementation, customer success, and delivery.
- Work closely with product, engineering, clinical, sales, and business leadership.
- Establish clear accountability, performance standards, and team development plans.
- Foster a culture of collaboration,



ownership, and execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant leadership experience in healthcare, healthtech, medical technology, or related sectors.
- Strong exposure to medical imaging, radiology, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operations, implementation, service delivery, or business transformation.
- Strong understanding of hospital, diagnostic centre, or clinical workflows and healthcare stakeholders.
- Experience working with technology-enabled healthcare products or solutions.
- Solid strategic, commercial, operational, and people leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification in management or healthcare administration is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-enabled healthcare products, medical AI, or digital health solutions.
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, and related healthcare technology ecosystems.
- Experience implementing healthcare technology across hospitals, diagnostic centres, or radiology networks.
- Exposure to enterprise healthcare customers and the US healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience scaling operations in a startup or high-growth healthcare technology environment.
- Experience with operational budgeting, P&L; ownership, and commercial performance management.
