Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional who can manage e-commerce backend operations, customer orders, customer support queries and return processes efficiently. The role involves coordinating multiple order-related activities, maintaining accurate information and ensuring that day-to-day backend operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, be fluent in English, and be comfortable working with order-related data and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Order Management
- Schedule and manage customer orders accurately across e-commerce platforms.
- Update order information and ensure order-related data is maintained correctly.
- Track order status and coordinate backend activities to support smooth processing.
- 2. Customer Care & Support
- Handle customer care queries related to orders and deliveries.
- Provide timely and qualified responses to customer concerns.
- Maintain clear communication regarding order-related updates.
- 3. Returns Management
- Manage customer return requests and coordinate the return process.
- Track return-related information and maintain accurate records.




- Ensure return activities are properly updated in the backend system.
- 4. Backend Operations
- Monitor day-to-day e-commerce backend activities.
- Maintain accurate records and order information.
- Support smooth coordination between different order and customer-service processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple backend tasks systematically.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with order-related information and records.
