Capsmash Media is looking for a Content Producer who can handle the complete social media content process — from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

What You'll Do

- Plan and prepare social media shoots with the senior team.
- Execute photo + video shoots on location.
- Shoot food, lifestyle, hospitality and interior content.
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting and basic production setup.
- Organise and manage shoot data.
- Edit photos and videos for social media.
- Handle colour correction, basic grading and photo retouching.
- Deliver platform-ready Reels, photographs and other content.

Must Have

- 1+ year of professional shooting experience — not a fresher.
- Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting and composition.
- Good knowledge of photography + videography.
- Understanding of colour correction and grading.




- Solid visual sense and understanding of social media content.
- Adobe Premiere Pro + Adobe Lightroom — mandatory.
- Photoshop / After Effects knowledge is a plus.

Experience with hotels, resorts, restaurants, lifestyle, fashion or agency content is preferred.
