JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of Antares by RajLaxmi. The GM will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, team development, and successful implementation of hotel standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong hotel operations experience, commercial understanding, leadership skills, and preferably pre-opening experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Lead and motivate HODs and teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Develop and implement hotel SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Take overall responsibility for hotel revenue, profitability, budgets, and cost control.
- Monitor room occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, F&B; revenue, departmental performance, and overall financial results.
- Develop strategies to drive revenue, business growth, and market positioning.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards across the hotel.
- Review guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints and service issues.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop business opportunities, partnerships, promotions, and market penetration.
- Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, training, performance management, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, hotel policies,



safety, security, hygiene, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, management, guests, vendors, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular departmental reviews and monitor achievement of departmental KPIs.
- Ensure effective coordination between Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, and Security.
- Lead and monitor pre-opening activities, including manpower planning, SOP implementation, vendor coordination, procurement, training, mock operations, and operational readiness.
- Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to management.
- Ensure the hotel maintains a strong professional image and consistently high standards of service.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- 12–18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with significant experience in senior hotel operations management.
- Previous experience as General Manager / Hotel Manager / EAM in a reputed hotel.
- Strong experience in hotel operations, P&L; management, revenue generation, and team leadership.
- Pre-opening hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of F&B;, Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong commercial and business-development orientation.
- Professional, guest-focused, and hands-on approach.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
