This is a FULL TIME INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR / CONTRACTUAL POSITION.

Compensation

Contract Rate: ₹143 per hour

- Approximately 147 scheduled hours per month
- Approximately ₹21,000 monthly compensation, based on the scheduled hours
- Payment is based on hours worked under the contractual agreement.
- This is not a fixed monthly salary independent of hours worked.

Important

The monthly amount may vary depending on the actual number of hours worked under the applicable schedule and contract.

- Contractual position — the following are NOT provided: employee benefits, perks, or allowances, Provident Fund (PF), paid leave or other employee benefits
- Compensation is based on the actual number of hours worked
- Applicants must be comfortable with the contractual nature and compensation structure of this position.

Work Schedule7-Hour Scheduled Shift

Your daily schedule consists of:

- 7 hours scheduled per day
- 30-minute paid break included in the 7-hour shift
- 6.5 hours of actual working time per day
- 5 days per week
- Workdays may include weekends and holidays
- One weekend day and one weekday will generally be assigned as days off based on Management's scheduling requirements.

Night / Graveyard Shift — NON-NEGOTIABLE

The position requires a night shift between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM India Standard Time (IST).

The night-shift requirement is non-negotiable.

Your specific 7-hour shift schedule will be determined by Management after successful completion of training, based on operational requirements.

Applicants who are unable to consistently work the required night shift should not apply.

Paid Training

Paid training is provided for 6 weeks.





Training schedule:

Weeks 1–2

- 4 hours per day
- 5 days per week

Weeks 3–6

- 5 hours per day
- 5 days per week

Training hours are different from the regular work schedule.

Successful completion of training is required before beginning regular work.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Assist customers with products, orders, payments, and service concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing clear and appropriate solutions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and updates.
- Coordinate with team members and Management when additional assistance is required.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful customer experience.
- Assist Management with special projects and other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

- Bachelor's degree holder. Engineering, Science, IT, Mathematics, Business, or related fields are preferred.
- Customer-focused, professional, and genuinely willing to help customers.
- A fast learner who understands and applies instructions rather than simply memorizing them.
- A strong problem solver and decision-maker who can work independently.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Able to communicate clearly in English,



both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable communicating with customers in a professional manner; a neutral English accent is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Comfortable using computers, online business tools, CRM systems, and other digital platforms.
- Comfortable learning and using technology and AI tools.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Canva AI, Facebook, or social media marketing is an advantage.
- Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Positive, respectful, adaptable, and willing to continuously learn.
- Available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays when scheduled.

Technical & Work-from-Home Requirements

Applicants must have the following:

Computer

- Laptop or desktop computer with at least 8GB RAM
- Computer must be reliable and suitable for continuous customer-service work.
- External keyboard and mouse for desktop setups.

Internet

- Primary internet connection: minimum 30 Mbps
- Backup internet connection required in case of service interruption.

Equipment

- High-quality USB headset suitable for customer calls.
- Second monitor required after 30 days of employment.
- Backup power solution sufficient to maintain work during power interruptions.

Work Environment

- Quiet, dedicated, and professional workspace
- Minimal background noise, distractions, and interruptions.
- Applicant must be able to maintain a professional environment during customer calls.

Work Location

100% Work From Home

The position requires the contractor to maintain a reliable and professional home-based work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
