Key Responsibilities

- Production Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and monitor garment production to meet delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Team Management: Supervise cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams; ensure optimal labor utilization and resolve workforce issues.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols across all stages of production.
- Inventory & Materials: Manage raw material procurement, inventory control, and minimize wastage.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and factory compliance requirements.
- Cost Efficiency: Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Reporting: Maintain production reports, track KPIs, and report to senior management regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
