Transport Operations Supervisor

Location: Kalinga Nagar / Santarpur
Experience: 1–3 Years
Department: Transport Operations

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily route scheduling and driver allocation.
- Ensure timely and punctual fleet operations as per schedule.
- Coordinate with drivers and manage shift-wise vehicle running.
- Conduct/monitor daily vehicle routine checks and maintain vehicle condition.
- Maintain daily bus KM log sheets and operational records.
- Allocate drivers to vehicles and manage driver/helper deployment.
- Monitor vehicle housekeeping, cleaning, and overall fleet discipline.
- Coordinate with the workshop team for on-road breakdowns and repairs.




- Support smooth communication and quick response during vehicle breakdowns.
- Monitor daily fleet movement and ensure uninterrupted transport operations.

Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in transport/fleet operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations, route planning, and driver management.
- Ability to manage shifts and handle operational issues.
