About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Stock Market Executive to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, explaining basic stock market and investment-related concepts, generating leads, and assisting potential clients in understanding available financial market products and services.
Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels. Interact with prospective clients and understand their requirements. Explain basic stock market concepts, trading platforms, and investment-related services in a simple and clear manner. Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective clients. Assist clients with the initial process of connecting with the relevant broker or financial service provider. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions. Meet assigned lead generation and business development targets. Coordinate with the internal team and provide regular updates on lead status. Build and maintain good professional relationships with clients. Stay updated on basic developments in the stock market and financial services industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Candidates with knowledge or interest in the stock market will be preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak confidently with clients over the phone. Basic knowledge of English and Tamil. Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to learn about stock market and financial services.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Preferred Skills Knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, trading, or investment products. Customer handling and lead conversion skills. Sales or business development experience. Ability to explain financial concepts in simple language.
