Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Reservations Supervisor to supervise daily reservation operations, ensure accurate booking management, and provide excellent guest service. Knowledge of IDS (Integrated Distribution Systems) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hotel reservations team.
- Handle individual, group, corporate, and online reservations.
- Monitor room availability, rates, restrictions, and inventory.
- Ensure reservations are entered accurately into the hotel PMS/IDS.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping teams.
- Manage cancellations, amendments, no-shows, and overbooking situations.
- Monitor reservations received through OTAs, GDS, brand websites,



and other channels.
- Ensure correct application of room rates, packages, promotions, and special offers.
- Review reservation reports and follow up on discrepancies.
- Train, guide, and supervise reservations staff.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure adherence to hotel policies.
- Handle guest queries and resolve reservation-related issues professionally.
- Support the Reservations Manager with forecasting, reports, and revenue-related activities.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
