We are looking for a result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and motivate our sales team, drive target achievement, and improve overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
- Manage lead allocation and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the team in closing high-value sales and resolving customer queries.
- Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and maintain sales records.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share performance updates.
- Implement strategies to improve team productivity and conversions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales team handling/team leadership.
- Experience in EdTech, Stock Market, Financial Services, or BFSI is preferred.
- Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of lead management and CRM.
- Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
