Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Processing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage and process data for our clients in the MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) industry, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks. You will also communicate with our clients in the US via email and chat to clarify details and provide necessary updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process client documents related to the MCA industry with high accuracy.
- Enter and maintain client data in the CRM system, ensuring information is complete and up-to-date.
- Communicate professionally with clients in the US via email and chat to address queries or gather missing details.
- Verify and cross-check data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Follow company procedures to maintain data confidentiality and security.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of tasks.

Skills & Requirements:

- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Robust written communication skills for client interactions via email and chat.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working with routine tasks while maintaining consistency and focus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in data processing, back-office, or operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the US MCA industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
