We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Biomedical Engineer to join our operations team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and project execution, ensuring that our tender submissions and on-ground implementations run smoothly. This position requires a mix of technical evaluation, field coordination, and administrative follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Coordination: Conduct regular site visits alongside OEM representatives to assess project requirements, prepare sites for equipment installation, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Quotation Management: Actively follow up with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to secure accurate technical quotes and pricing for tender submissions.
- Technical Evaluation: Review product specifications, technical data sheets, and compliance documents to ensure they meet exact tender guidelines.
- Project Support & Miscellaneous Duties: Handle miscellaneous operational and administrative tasks, assist with document preparation, and resolve on-site technical queries as they arise.





Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of technical specifications and equipment operation.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for site visits and OEM coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to follow up persistently for quotes and critical documentation.
- Prior experience dealing with government tenders or working in a B2B procurement environment is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to balance field visits with desk-based documentation work.
