- Site Supervision: Manage daily construction activities to ensure work aligns with structural drawings, architectural plans, and local building codes.
- Quality Control: Inspect raw materials (concrete, steel, etc.) and monitor workmanship to meet real estate quality benchmarks.
- Contractor Coordination: Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers; assign daily tasks and track milestones.
- Technical Problem Solving: Resolve on-site engineering challenges and design discrepancies quickly to prevent project delays.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, material consumption records, and progress reports for project managers.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure all workers use personal protective equipment and comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on site execution experience, preferably within residential or commercial real estate development.
