We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with billing software and a basic understanding of accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices and bills accurately and on time.
- Generate invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other billing documents.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and billing transactions.
- Verify billing details, rates, quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding billing-related queries.
- Maintain customer ledgers and assist with outstanding payment follow-ups.
- Enter and maintain day-to-day accounting and billing data in BUSY or MARG software.
- Assist with GST-related billing documentation and records.
- Reconcile billing data and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Add-On Advantage
Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:
- Previous experience working with or coordinating with a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Practical experience in GST, TDS, reconciliation, and accounting-related activities.
- Strong hands-on experience in BUSY or MARG software.
- Experience in handling complete billing processes independently.
- Experience in an accounts/billing workplace for 1+ year.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
