About the Role
Aculyze Solutions LLP is looking for a AI Product Architect to architect and build production-ready AI products. The role combines LLM engineering, backend development, data engineering, enterprise integration, and cloud architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end AI/LLM products from concept to production.
- Build RAG pipelines, AI agents, tools/function calling, and LLM workflows.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
- Design ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, analytics, and BI solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems.
- Implement authentication, RBAC, multi-tenancy, audit logging, and data security.
- Build cloud-native systems using AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Establish LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, structured outputs, monitoring, and observability.
- Lead architecture decisions, code reviews, engineering standards, and mentor developers.
Required Skills
6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software engineering, AI product development, or a related field.

Gemini, RAG, AI Agents, Tool Calling, LLM Evaluation, Structured Outputs
Backend: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, SQL, Async Systems
Data: ETL/ELT, Data Modelling, Analytics, BI, Data Pipelines
Enterprise: ERP/CRM, Authentication, RBAC, Multi-tenancy, Audit Logging, Data Security
Cloud: AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD, Monitoring & Observability
Preferred
- Production AI/SaaS product experience
- System design and distributed systems experience
- Technical leadership experience
- AI security and LLM observability experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
