Operator Cum Dispatcher

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operator Cum Dispatcher responsible for coordinating concrete production, dispatch, and delivery operations. The candidate will operate the batching/dispatch system, coordinate with site teams and transit mixer drivers, maintain dispatch records, and ensure timely delivery of concrete to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the RMC batching plant / dispatch system as required.
- Receive and process concrete orders from project/site teams.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team, Site Engineers, and Transit Mixer Drivers.
- Prepare and issue delivery challans / dispatch slips and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule transit mixers according to site requirements and concrete demand.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Check concrete grade, quantity, mix design, and delivery location before dispatch.
- Maintain daily records of production, dispatch, vehicle details, and concrete quantities.
- Coordinate with the site team regarding pouring schedules, delays, traffic, and vehicle availability.
- Monitor returned concrete and report shortages, excess quantities, or rejected loads.
- Maintain proper documentation for all dispatches and deliveries.




- Communicate with customers/site personnel regarding delivery status.
- Assist in resolving dispatch-related issues and delays.
- Ensure proper coordination between batching plant and project sites.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and submit them to the Plant/Operations Manager.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Perform other duties related to plant operations and dispatch as assigned.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain dispatch and vehicle records.
- Knowledge of RMC/concrete dispatch operations will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vehicle movements.
- Good knowledge of local routes and project locations is preferred.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in RMC, batching plant, construction, logistics, or dispatch operations preferred.

Working Conditions

- Willingness to work at an RMC / construction project site.
- Shift-based work may be required depending on project and plant operations.
- Must be comfortable coordinating with drivers, site teams, and plant personnel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
