Job Summary

Gautam Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure statutory compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention.




- Lead and support the HR team while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
