Job Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for SPM and automation machines.
- Program and configure Siemens / Mitsubishi / Delta / Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Develop HMI screens, alarms, recipes, and machine sequences.
- Handle VFD, servo, sensors, pneumatic and electrical control systems.
- Read and understand electrical control panel drawings and machine schematics.
- Commission machines at the company and customer sites.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting during machine installation and production.
- Coordinate with the Design, Electrical, Panel Wiring, and Mechanical teams.
- Conduct machine testing, debugging, and trial runs.
- Prepare and maintain PLC/HMI software backups and documentation.
- Support customer requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.




- Experience in SPM / Special Purpose Machines / Automation projects.
- Good knowledge of HMI, VFD, Servo, Sensors, Pneumatics and Motors.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and automation-related issues.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.
- Ability to independently handle PLC programming and machine commissioning.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – EEE / ECE / E&I; / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Experienced candidates only.
- SPM / automation machine experience will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
