Jaysen Engineering Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced PLC Engineer to join our engineering and automation team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on PLC engineering experience, particularly in PLC programming, control panel wiring, machine automation, HMI programming, servo systems, and electrical control design.

This role is well suited for candidates with experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), machine building, industrial automation, or similar engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and commission PLC programs for automated machines and SPMs.
- Program and configure Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs and HMIs.
- Design and execute PLC control systems and electrical control panels.
- Perform control panel wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Handle and troubleshoot servo motors and servo drives, preferably Siemens and Mitsubishi systems.
- Work with analogue and digital signals, sensors, and industrial instruments.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues during machine assembly, testing, and commissioning.
- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites when required.
- Read and understand electrical control drawings and panel schematics.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams to ensure machines meet required specifications.

Required Skills & Experience





- 3+ years of hands-on PLC Engineer / PLC Automation experience.
- Solid experience in PLC programming, PLC troubleshooting, and control system design.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens and/or Mitsubishi PLCs and HMIs.
- Experience in SPM control panel wiring and electrical panel engineering.
- Working knowledge of servo motors and servo drives.
- Experience handling analogue and digital signals.
- Understanding of industrial sensors and digital instruments.
- Experience in machine building, industrial automation, or SPM manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand electrical control drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required.

Education

- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical CAD drafting.
- Certification or course completion in PLC/Industrial Automation.
- Experience working with machine builders, SPM manufacturers, or industrial automation companies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
