Job Title: SAP PLM Technical Consultant
Experience: 10+ YearsCore Focus: Solution Architecture, Recipe Development, Specification Management, and SAP S/4HANA Integration Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture: Architect end-to-end SAP PLM solutions aligned with business requirements in R&D;, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Process Governance: Design and govern processes for Bill of Materials (BOM), Document Management (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM), and classification.
- Recipe & Specification Management: Lead design for formulas, recipes, compliance tracking, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
- System Integration: Define and manage integration architecture between SAP PLM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA, as well as external tools like PTC Windchill.
- Workshops & Delivery: Lead blueprinting, fit-gap / fit-to-standard workshops, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, MM, QM, PP)



to ensure smooth data flow from recipe/design to production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Management.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on functional and configuration experience in SAP PLM and ERP/S/4HANA environments.
- Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of Document Management (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM), BOM management, and Variant Configuration.
- Cross-Module Knowledge: Solid integration understanding with SAP MM (Material Management), QM (Quality Management), and PP (Production Planning).
- Soft Skills: Strong client-facing communication, analytical problem-solving, and workshop facilitation skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per month
