Key Responsibilities

- Academic Performance Analysis: Analyze weekly or monthly mock test results (Minor and Major tests). Identify weak areas, conceptual gaps, and score trends for individual students.
- Student Mentorship & Motivation: Conduct regular one-on-one counseling sessions to help students manage exam stress, anxiety, burnout, and time-management challenges.
- Customised Study Planning: Assist students in creating realistic revision schedules, backlog clearing strategies, and daily timetables tailored to their current performance level.
- Parent-Teacher Communications: Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to share objective performance data, manage parental expectations, and collaboratively support the student's progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc, or a background in Science/Engineering/Medicine is highly preferred).
- Experience:



1–4 years of experience counseling or mentoring students specifically in the JEE/NEET test-prep sector.
- Domain Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the JEE and NEET exam patterns, marking schemes, syllabus weightage, and the overall IIT/NIT/Government Medical College admission processes.

Skills:

- Exceptional empathy, active listening, and motivational counseling skills.
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to interact seamlessly with local parents and students in Surat.
- Data proficiency to interpret test analytics, spreadsheets, and student tracking CRMs.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
