- 2–3 years of experience in a D2C brand, preferably skincare, beauty, or wellness.
- Strong creative copywriting skills with a deep understanding of tone, emotion, and consumer psychology.
- Proven experience in campaign planning, product launch marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Solid grasp of consumer behaviour, customer data, and insight-led marketing. Ability to think strategically while executing fast in a startup environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with performance marketing, design, product, and founders.
- Someone who understands that brand building is a long game—but knows how to win attention today.
