Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination skills, preferably with experience in Solar, Infrastructure, EPC, or Construction Projects.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, progress monitoring, resource coordination, reporting, billing support, and ensuring timely execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain project schedules using CPM & PERT techniques.

· Develop baseline programs and monitor project progress against planned schedules.

· Track project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to support timely completion.

· Coordinate with Site, Procurement, Execution, Engineering, and Project Teams.

· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.

· Monitor project progress and identify delays, deviations, and critical activities.

· Support resource planning and allocation as per project requirements.

· Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and project performance tracking.

· Coordinate with clients/PMC and prepare required project reports.

· Support billing planning, quantity verification, and progress measurement.

· Conduct risk analysis and assist in delay analysis and recovery planning.

· Prepare and analyze project-related MIS and management reports.

· Maintain proper planning and project documentation.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.





· Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6.

· Strong understanding of CPM / PERT and project scheduling.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD.

· Knowledge of Billing & Estimation.

· Understanding of BOQ preparation and analysis.

· Knowledge of Quantity Take-off and measurement.

· Experience in PMC / Client Coordination will be an added advantage.

· Good understanding of construction/site execution processes.

· Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

· B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, OR

· Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Solar EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Electrical Projects, Civil Projects, or Project Planning will be preferred.

Performance-Based Incentive

In addition to the fixed salary, the company may provide a performance-based incentive based on the employee's performance, project contribution, achievement of targets, and company policy.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
